According to Binh Tan District Police, on the morning of June 20, people living around the alley of Provincial Road 10, Tan Tao Ward (Binh Tan District) smelled a foul odor coming from a bag thrown next to an empty lot. After checking, people were shocked to discover a decomposing female body.
In response to the incident, local residents quickly reported it to the local authorities. Upon receiving the news, Binh Tan District Police arrived at the scene and cordoned off the scene, while coordinating with Ho Chi Minh City Police Department to investigate and clarify the situation.
The case is being further investigated by Ho Chi Minh City Police.
