On June 20th, the Binh Tan District Police (Ho Chi Minh City) announced that they are coordinating with other professional units of the Ho Chi Minh City Police to examine the scene and investigate the identity of the woman's body found in a bag discarded in an empty plot of land.
The area where the decomposing body of a woman was discovered is in Binh Tan District.
According to the Binh Tan District Police, on the morning of June 20th, residents living around an alley off Provincial Road 10 in Tan Tao Ward (Binh Tan District) smelled a foul odor emanating from a bag discarded near an empty plot of land. Upon inspection, they were horrified to discover the decomposing body of a woman inside.
Following the incident, residents quickly reported it to the local authorities. Upon receiving the report, the Binh Tan District Police arrived to cordon off the scene and coordinated with other professional units of the Ho Chi Minh City Police to investigate and clarify the matter.
The case is currently under investigation by the Ho Chi Minh City Police.
