The application of information technology in resolving administrative procedures in the province has been promoted, with many targets reaching 100%. To date, the province has completed the reduction and simplification of 498 out of 498 internal administrative procedures (reaching 100%). In particular, the handling and resolution of feedback and suggestions are always processed and publicly disclosed promptly and in accordance with regulations, receiving high satisfaction and trust from the people.

Simplify administrative procedures

The province has approved a plan to reduce and simplify 548 administrative procedures. At the same time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has submitted a document to the Ministry of Finance proposing reforms and simplification of 11 administrative procedures related to production and business activities; proposed to the Ministry of Justice a plan to reduce the submission and presentation of civil registration documents during the processing of 49 administrative procedures; and proposed to the Ministry of Justice a plan to reduce the required documents for 13 administrative procedures that require confirmation of marital status.

By the end of 2025, the province had 1,880 administrative procedures with reduced processing times ranging from 20-50%. This is an impressive result for Ca Mau in simplifying administrative procedures as required and directed by the Central Government. Regarding internal administrative procedures, 100% of those under management were published in accordance with regulations, of which 526/526 procedures have been reduced or simplified; 499 procedures have had their processing times reduced, and 27 procedures have been recommended for amendment or supplementation by competent authorities.

The implementation of the one-stop shop and integrated one-stop shop mechanisms continues to be effective. Currently, 100% of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the provincial and commune-level People's Committees are implemented at the One-Stop Shops at all levels. Throughout the province, 8 provincial-level units have implemented the "4-in-1" process for 83 administrative procedures, resulting in the resolution of 51,307 applications for citizens and businesses.

In addition, the province has announced the list of administrative procedures that can be implemented regardless of administrative boundaries for 2,234 out of 2,234 procedures, reaching 100%, making Ca Mau one of the 11 localities that have completed the target according to Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP of the Government .
