Information and communication activities regarding administrative reform and control of administrative procedures are implemented through various forms such as: dissemination through media, organizing seminars and dialogues; theatrical programs and legal club activities...
For example, the Ca Mau Newspaper and Radio and Television organized the forum " Citizens Ask - Leaders of State Agencies Answer " with 11 topics on administrative reform, with 162 questions asked and answered directly at the forum; and the discussion program "Issues You Care About" with 10 related topics. These programs were broadcast live on television and digital platforms, receiving widespread attention from citizens and businesses.
The provincial e-portal, along with the websites of departments, agencies, and localities, regularly publish information on administrative reform, digital transformation, Project 06, and the socio-economic development of the province, attracting over 181 million views, interactions, and shares.
At the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center, communication efforts are also implemented in diverse ways, including visual aids, leaflets, dissemination via Zalo, Fanpage, and Facebook, and dialogues with citizens and businesses. Simultaneously, the center also shows videos guiding citizens on integrating their electronic health records into the VNeID application and accessing online public services.
Aiming for overall growth
In 2026, the province will continue to strengthen its direction in implementing administrative procedure control; effectively deploy the one-stop shop mechanism, the integrated one-stop shop mechanism, and resolve administrative procedures electronically, aiming to improve the satisfaction level of citizens and businesses, and create all conditions to attract investment.
At the same time, the province will continue to promote the application of information technology, digitize records and the results of administrative procedures; online applications , online payment applications, and electronic copy authentication will achieve the prescribed rate... Regular and unscheduled inspections will be conducted to control administrative procedures in conjunction with administrative reform efforts as planned. The process of receiving and handling feedback and suggestions from citizens and businesses will be carried out quickly and in accordance with regulations.
The workshop discussed solutions to remove obstacles in resolving commercial business cases in Ca Mau province, contributing to improving the provincial competitiveness index (PCI), unlocking financial resources, and aiming for double-digit growth.
Continuing to accelerate administrative procedure reforms in various fields, especially those directly related to citizens and businesses, is expected to contribute to improving the investment environment, promoting socio-economic development, and aiming for double-digit growth in the coming period.
