On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Manh Hung congratulated all cadres, civil servants, and employees working at the Department of Education and Training on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day.
He emphasized that this year's Vietnamese Teachers' Day takes place in a very special context, when the provincial administrative units are merged and the local government is implemented at two levels, as well as the first Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term is successfully held. This is an opportunity for the team of educators to join hands, unite, and implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development. The Department of Education and Training of Tay Ninh province needs to focus on reviewing school facilities to use them properly and appropriately, and perfecting the teaching staff to meet the needs of teaching and learning.
On this occasion, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee Doan Trung Kien sent his warm regards and congratulations to more than 32,000 officials of the Education sector of Tay Ninh province.
He proposed that the Department of Education and Training continue to implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term in conjunction with the sector's targets, striving to have 80% of schools meeting national standards by 2030; 80% of trained workers; and 35% of trained workers with degrees and certificates.
The unit focuses on implementing the Politburo's Conclusion Notice No. 81-TB/TW on the policy of investing in building schools for border communes; in parallel with reviewing and issuing documents related to security and food safety in schools with the joint efforts and participation of the entire political system, schools, families and society.
Director of the Department of Education and Training Nguyen Quang Thai respectfully thanked the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tay Ninh province Nguyen Manh Hung; Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Trung Kien and the working delegation for visiting and congratulating the Board of Directors, officers, civil servants and employees of the Department of Education and Training of Tay Ninh province.
The Department's leaders also briefly reported on the education sector's activities in recent times, presented difficulties in solving the problem of teacher and school staff shortage, and from there proposed solutions and directions for training human resources in the education sector for the province./.
