According to a quick report from Ha Long City, due to the impact of storm No. 3, the infrastructure in the area suffered heavy damage, especially in the central wards. Since the night of September 7, the city has mobilized all forces of the city, communes, wards and about 600 officers, soldiers of the military forces, coal workers and businesses in the area to participate in cleaning up and overcoming the consequences caused by the storm.


Inspecting some areas in the area, comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, requested Ha Long City to continue to mobilize maximum forces to carry out the recovery work. In particular, it is necessary to closely coordinate with military units stationed in the area to arrange forces to participate in the recovery as quickly as possible. In the immediate future, priority must be given to cleaning up to ensure traffic circulation on important traffic routes.
