The project is invested by Tay Bac Investment Limited Company, with an expected land area of about 199 hectares from 2,751 households to build a modern, smart, international-class urban area.
Thereby contributing to increasing state budget revenue, socio -economic development of Tam Son ward in particular and Bac Ninh province in general. In addition to the land area for housing, sports, education, parking lots, etc., the land area for green parks and traffic is more than 147 hectares, accounting for about 70% of the total area. The project has a population of more than 7,600 people; implemented within 7 years from the date of selecting the investor.

At the conference, 330 households in the neighborhoods of Hung Phuc, Ta Xa and Duong Son were informed about the project, policies and procedures for compensation and site clearance by officials from Tam Son ward and Tien Phong Land Fund Development Center Branch.
