In his speech, comrade Le Hong Tham requested the Long Thanh Commune Party Committee to continue building a clean, strong, streamlined, and effective political system, promptly concretizing and properly implementing the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's policies. It is necessary to grasp the situation, correctly forecast and promptly handle ideological issues among cadres, party members and people, creating unity within the Party Committee and consensus in society.

Long Thanh commune must promote its potential and advantages to promote agricultural restructuring, apply science and technology to produce high-quality rice in an organic direction, reduce emissions; diversify crops and livestock; develop household economic models associated with collective economy. At the same time, focus on investing in rural infrastructure, trade, services, attract businesses to build processing plants, develop ecological agriculture associated with community tourism, pilot models of tourist gardens, farmstays, etc.

In addition, the commune needs to focus on developing culture and society in harmony with the economy, improving the quality of education and health care, promoting a learning society, encouraging learning and talent; striving for each party organization, cadre, party member and family to become a learning unit, a learning citizen, a learning family.

The Congress passed a resolution for the 2025-2030 term, striving for a total production value of over 13,500 billion VND, an average income per capita of 82 million VND/person/year by 2030, a multidimensional poverty rate of less than 1%, over 95% of people participating in health insurance and developing at least 60 new party members...
