At the meeting, Mr. Le Huu Hoang shared with Mr. Phonesy Bounmixay new information on the socio -economic development of Khanh Hoa province in recent times, the results of implementing the Central Resolutions on the development of Khanh Hoa province, as well as the province's orientation in the coming time. In addition, Khanh Hoa province also pays attention to strengthening, expanding and tightening the solidarity and friendship with localities and countries around the world, including the Lao People's Democratic Republic. The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province always attach importance to and give top priority to the solidarity and friendship between Khanh Hoa and Lao localities. Currently, Khanh Hoa province has a traditional cooperative relationship with two Lao localities, Champasak and Attapeu. In particular, last April, the provincial leaders signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Khanh Hoa province and Vientiane Capital for the period 2024 - 2028. Mr. Phonesy Bounmixay hopes that in the coming time, Khanh Hoa province will continue to pay attention to cooperating and supporting Lao localities in the fields of tourism, agriculture , aquaculture, etc. In his position, Mr. Phonesy Bounmixay will try to act as a bridge to contribute to promoting the cooperative relationship between Khanh Hoa province and Lao localities and partners more and more effectively; in which, he will focus on introducing and connecting Khanh Hoa enterprises to invest and do business in Laos and Lao enterprises to operate in Khanh Hoa.
