At the meeting, the representative of Nam Ma commune's leadership briefly reported on the organization of the commune's activities according to the 2-level local government model. Accordingly, Nam Ma commune was merged on the basis of Nam Ma commune and Can Co commune. The commune's Party Committee after the merger has 21 Party cells with 343 party members. Immediately after the ceremony to announce the end of the district-level administrative unit's activities, the arrangement of commune-level administrative units; the decision to establish the commune-level Party Committee; the appointment of Party Committee personnel, leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level.

Up to now, 100% of the commune's agencies have implemented administrative procedures on digital platforms and digital signatures. The commune has arranged 2 operating rooms for the Public Administration Service Center, which has now operated online public service items, including the fields of civil status; land administration, construction and environment; culture - society. The team of cadres, civil servants, specialists, and employees working at the Commune Public Administration Service Center have professional qualifications from university level or higher, have professional skills and working time in the assigned field of receiving documents, capacity, and ethics to meet the tasks in the new situation.

The Commune People's Committee has developed a socio -economic development plan for the last 6 months of 2025, presented at the first session of the Commune People's Council for implementation, including 12 socio-economic development targets, covering all areas: economy, culture - society, health, education, environment and new rural construction. The targets are determined in accordance with local realities and are feasible for implementation after the merger.

Nam Ma Commune has also strengthened the direction of implementing population stabilization, disaster response, search and rescue, new rural construction and national target programs according to plan...

At the working session, the leaders of Nam Ma commune proposed a number of contents: Arrange for the transfer of civil servants, especially civil servants specializing in information technology; invest in building working headquarters; invest in providing computer systems and transmission lines to serve the management and operation tasks in Party agencies; provide professional training for commune-level cadres and civil servants...
