Tan Dinh Ward (HCMC) provides health care and gifts to the elderly

On October 10, Tan Dinh ward (HCMC) launched the month of action for the elderly in Vietnam in 2025 and a longevity celebration for the elderly.

Through the program, Tan Dinh ward wished longevity to the elderly in groups from 70 to over 100 years old; provided consultation, health care, and gifts to the elderly. Mr. Lam Kim Dinh (70 years old, Ward 18, Tan Dinh ward) expressed his emotions when participating in the activity. This is a great source of encouragement to help the elderly live happily, healthily, and usefully, contributing to the development of a civilized and happy lifestyle in the family and community.

Chairman of Tan Dinh Ward People's Committee Nguyen Hai Quan shared that caring for, supporting and honoring the elderly is the responsibility of the ward. The ward continues to create favorable conditions for the elderly in the area to fully enjoy the rights and obligations according to the provisions of law, especially in health care, entertainment and promoting the role of the elderly in contributing to and building the community.

This October, delegations from Tan Dinh ward will visit the homes of the elderly aged 90, 95, 100 and over 100 to wish them a happy birthday. Neighborhoods in the area will also organize longevity celebrations in the community, creating a joyful and united atmosphere, spreading the spirit of "Old age - Bright example", contributing to building a civilized, affectionate and sustainable development ward.
