69 officials of the Vietnam Youth Union received the "October 15" award

On the morning of October 11, in Hanoi, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union held a ceremony to celebrate the 69th anniversary of its Traditional Day (October 15, 1956 - October 15, 2025) and presented the "October 15" award.

At the ceremony, President of the Vietnam Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam reviewed 69 years of establishment, struggle and growth of the Vietnam Youth Union. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and with the core political role of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the union has grown stronger and stronger, affirming its position as a broad social organization of patriotic Vietnamese youth at home and abroad, uniting all classes of youth.

Implementing the Resolution of the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union , term 2024 - 2029, the union chapters at all levels are continuing to promote the great movement "I love my Fatherland", arousing patriotism and the will to contribute, creating motivation for young people to practice, mature, and contribute to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

During the celebration, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union awarded the “October 15” 2025 prize to 69 outstanding union officials from all over the country. These are individuals who have made outstanding contributions to union work and youth movements, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, creativity, and dedication to the community.

Also within the framework of the program, the Central Association organized the activity "Each youth has a book as a friend", awarded scholarships to students who overcame difficulties to study well, and held a forum to exchange with speakers and young experts.

On the same day, many exciting cultural and artistic activities were also held, such as a band festival, a singing group with the theme "Aspiration to Rise", the "Youth Live Beautifully" award ceremony and the 2025 International Folk Dance Festival.
