The training course provided many skills and knowledge to support community digital technology teams and local security and order protection teams in accessing basic technology and protecting themselves and their families in the online environment.

On October 11th, the People's Committee of Ben Cat Ward (Ho Chi Minh City) organized a digital technology skills training course for over 50 people who are members of community digital technology teams and security and order protection teams in the area.

The instructors provided training and guidance on various topics, such as AI, the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Citizen app, and connecting the Ben Cat Ward People's Committee's Zalo Official Account to the trainees.

This will enhance the digital capabilities of the Community Digital Technology Teams and the Security and Order Protection Teams in the field of digital transformation, thereby contributing to strongly promoting the digital transformation process in the ward.

With the motto "Going to every alley, knocking on every door, guiding every person," the teams will directly assist people in accessing online public services, creating favorable conditions for carrying out administrative procedures quickly and efficiently.
