Yen Bai Ward meets with English teachers participating in the 2025 - 2026 school year

On the morning of October 11, Yen Bai ward organized a meeting with English teachers participating in the secondment in Hanh Phuc commune.

This school year, Yen Bai ward has 37 teachers teaching English at 15 schools from primary to secondary school.

Immediately after the ward implemented Official Dispatch No. 872 dated September 17, 2025 of the Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai province on the assignment of English teachers for the 2025-2026 school year, 4 teachers voluntarily wrote applications to teach at schools in Hanh Phuc commune from October 8, 2025 to May 31, 2026. Specifically: teacher Vu Quoc Khanh (Quang Trung Secondary School) and teacher Nguyen Thi Dieu Thuy (Nguyen Phuc Primary School) took on the task of teaching at Xa Ho Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities; teacher Nguyen Thi Thu Huong (Nguyen Trai Primary School) came to teach at Ban Hat Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities; teacher Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen (Yen Ninh Secondary School) came to teach at Ban Cong Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.

At the meeting, comrade Phung Tien Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee presented the decision on secondment, gave flowers to congratulate and encouraged the teachers before they left for their duties.

The Chairman of the Ward People's Committee acknowledged the sense of responsibility and dedication of the volunteer teachers working in the highlands - typical examples of love for the profession and dedication to beloved students. He hoped that the teachers would overcome all difficulties, promote their full potential and responsibility in their new workplace, excellently complete the assigned tasks, contribute to building the image of "both red and professional" of teachers with other localities, and at the same time strengthen the spirit of cooperation and friendship between Yen Bai ward and highland communes. This is also an opportunity for teachers to experience and accumulate experience, and support and help localities that lack English teachers, contributing to improving the quality of education in Lao Cai province.
