The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department surveyed and grasped the situation of propaganda and mass mobilization work in An Trach commune.

On the afternoon of October 9, 2025, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, led by Comrade Nguyen Hong Tham, Deputy Head of the Commission, came to survey and grasp the implementation of propaganda and mass mobilization tasks from the beginning of 2025 to present at the An Trach Commune Party Committee. This is an activity within the regular plan to assess the actual propaganda and mass mobilization work at the grassroots level, promptly orienting key contents in the coming time.

An Trach commune was established on the basis of merging 02 communes : An Trach and An Trach A. The commune has a natural area of ​​100.23 ^km2 with 17 hamlets, a population of over 28,000 people . The commune Party Committee has 29 subordinate party cells ( 06 branch party cells ,   06 school party cells , 17 hamlet party cells ) , total 504 party members . Since coming into operation, the commune has quickly completed the organization, effectively operated the two-level government model, and promoted the comprehensive leadership role of the Party Committee in all fields.

According to the report, the propaganda and mass mobilization work in recent times has been carried out methodically, promptly, and closely linked with the local political tasks. Since the beginning of the year, the Party Committee has organized more than 240 study sessions, thoroughly grasping the resolutions , reaching over 80% of the Party members' participation; directing Party cells to integrate the propaganda content of the resolutions and directives of the Central and higher levels into regular activities. The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle has been maintained regularly, linked with the monthly political activities, praising advanced models, creating a widespread influence in the community. The organization of the first Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, was carried out successfully, creating a joyful, excited, and united atmosphere. The commune has implemented many practical movements, notably the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement associated with building new rural areas, improving people's lives. The whole commune has 66 projects, skillful mass mobilization work , with a total cost of more than 20 billion VND , of which dozens of roads, bridges, and social security works have been completed, contributing to changing the face of the countryside and creating trust among the people. The government's mass mobilization work is focused on in conjunction with administrative reform, the two-level government model operates smoothly, streamlined, and serves the people better and better. At the same time, mass mobilization work among ethnic minorities, religions, and armed forces is carried out effectively, maintaining political stability and consolidating the great national unity bloc.

Regarding limitations: in some Party cells, especially in hamlet Party cells, the percentage of Party members participating in studying and thoroughly understanding the resolution is not high; propaganda and thorough understanding work among members, union members and people is still limited; in some places, the resolution's content has not been linked to local practical tasks; studying and following Uncle Ho in some Party cells is still general; the registration content of collectives and individuals is not really close to the assigned work; the application of information technology in propaganda is still limited; coordination between the government, the Front and mass organizations is sometimes not really close; monitoring and social criticism activities have not been promoted well.

Speaking at the working session, comrade Nguyen Hong Tham, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, acknowledged and commended the achieved results; he requested that in the coming time, the commune continue to promote the achieved results, strengthen the grasp of social ideology and opinion , proactively orient information, promptly refute erroneous and hostile viewpoints; carry out well the dialogue with the people and collect people's opinions on key projects and works in the area; innovate propaganda forms , promote the role of leaders, improve the quality of Party cell activities, apply digital technology in propaganda and mass mobilization work; promote the "Skilled mass mobilization" movement associated with new rural construction, administrative reform and implementation of democracy regulations at the grassroots level; actively take care of training cadres , especially young cadres, female cadres, ethnic minority cadres with capacity, prestige, and dedication to Party work; At the same time , it is necessary to improve and enhance the operational efficiency of the Commune Steering Committees , ensuring substance and synchronization to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.
