Conference on training in legal knowledge and skills in disseminating and educating the law

(gialai.gov.vn) – On the morning of October 10, at Huong Viet Hotel (Quy Nhon Ward), the Provincial People's Committee organized a training conference on legal knowledge and skills in disseminating and educating the law (PBGDPL) for legal reporters of Gia Lai province. The conference was chaired by comrade Nguyen Huu Que - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Council for Disseminating and Educating the Law. Also attending were representatives of the Department of Disseminating and Educating the Law and Legal Aid - Ministry of Justice; leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches and a large number of legal reporters in the province.

At the Conference, the reporters were disseminated and thoroughly grasped 03 topics on the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies and 02 topics on skills: Dissemination and direct legal education and Deployment of information technology application in dissemination and legal education.

These are very important and necessary contents at present, directly serving the implementation of the work of disseminating and educating the law in the coming time. Specifically, the work of organizing the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels will take place in early 2026, as well as strengthening the dissemination and education of the law to ensure implementation on a wide scale (the whole province), at the same time with focus, key points and strong orientation towards the grassroots.

Speaking at the Conference, comrade Nguyen Huu Que - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Council for Legal Dissemination said that in recent times, all levels, sectors and organizations in the province have focused on building a team of legal reporters with strong political will, deep professional capacity, good understanding of the law, good professional skills, responsibility and enthusiasm for the work of propaganda, dissemination and education of law. In the new context and situation, after the merger, Gia Lai province has completed and recognized the team of provincial legal reporters with 356 comrades according to Decision No. 1729/QD-UBND dated September 9, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. This is a strong force, the core of the work of disseminating and educating the law, bringing the Party's policies and the State's laws to cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and all classes of people.

For the Conference to be truly successful and achieve the set goals, he requested that delegates attend the Conference seriously and fully; focus on following, listening, and fully understanding the content of the topics to grasp new legal regulations, learn from experiences, share, and exchange from the practical activities of the reporters. After the Conference, we will continue to propagate and carry out well the work of disseminating and educating the law, bringing the law to the people; create a spreading force, encourage, motivate, and encourage cadres, party members and people to actively perform political tasks, participate in socio-economic development, and contribute to building a democratic, fair, civilized and sustainable society.

The conference on training in legal knowledge and skills in disseminating and educating the law aims to help the team of legal reporters in Gia Lai province update and supplement new legal knowledge; consolidate and improve skills and expertise in disseminating and educating the law to effectively implement this work in agencies and units. Thereby, improving capacity and operational efficiency, moving towards building a team of professional legal reporters, meeting the requirements of building and developing the country in the new period. In addition, the conference is also an opportunity for delegates to learn, exchange and share experiences as well as difficulties and obstacles in the practice of disseminating and educating the law in general and in performing the tasks of legal reporters in particular./.
