According to the report of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the construction project of the access road from National Highway 1 to the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway, which is more than 10km long, has been completed by the construction team, but the interchange connecting the expressway and the access road has not been invested in construction. At the same time, the project of the connecting road from National Highway 1 to Ca Na General Seaport is also being urgently constructed, expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2025.

Meanwhile, Ca Na General Port has a total planning area of over 108 hectares with main functional areas including: 2 ports of 70,000 - 100,000DWT, 1 port of 20,000DWT, warehouse area, service infrastructure; designed capacity of cargo through the port is about 3.3 million tons/year. Currently, the port mainly exports stone, wood chips, construction materials... In addition, the port has just welcomed the first super-long and super-heavy ship to the port carrying 54 wind turbines to serve wind power plants. A representative of Trung Nam Ca Na International Port Joint Stock Company (investor of Ca Na General Port) said that the company strives to export containerized cargo by 2030.

In Nam Cam Ranh commune, to arrange resettlement for 18 households affected by the North-South high-speed railway project passing through the province, the People's Committee of Nam Cam Ranh commune plans to build the Cam Thinh Dong resettlement area with a total investment of VND 80.38 billion (using the local budget). The Cam Thinh Dong resettlement area is expected to start construction on August 19; however, the Department of Finance is handling Mr. Le Quang Dao's complaint about the cancellation of the bid - package No. 4 for the construction of the project "Construction of technical infrastructure for the Cam Thinh Dong resettlement area", so the locality has not been able to complete the procedures for selecting a contractor.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam requested the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to continue to make efforts to speed up the construction progress of the road connecting National Highway 1 with Ca Na General Seaport. When Project Management Board 85 ( Ministry of Construction ) completes the construction of the interchange by the end of this year, it will contribute to completing the traffic infrastructure system, promoting the efficiency of the routes, and contributing to promoting the development of the logistics industry. Regarding the Cam Thinh Dong resettlement area, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam requested the Department of Finance and related units to promptly review legal procedures, resolve complaints, and strive to start the project on schedule.
