Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life": A solid foundation for Vietnam to rise up

In the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, culture has always been identified by our Party and State as the spiritual foundation of society, both the goal and the driving force for development.

Over the past two decades, the emulation movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has become a major campaign, attracting the participation of the whole society, contributing significantly to the formation of a healthy cultural environment, building Vietnamese people rich in patriotism, humanity, solidarity, creativity and integration.

In Bac Ninh, many Quan Ho villages have been given the title "cultural villages".

The movement was widely deployed in both rural and urban areas, associated with other campaigns such as "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle". From villages, hamlets and residential groups, the movement has contributed to arousing the spirit of community solidarity, promoting the tradition of humanity, mutual assistance, together preserving and promoting good cultural values.

Outstanding achievements can be clearly seen through the building of cultural families, cultural villages, hamlets, residential groups, agencies, units and enterprises that meet cultural standards. Many localities have been creative, linking the movement with the preservation of national cultural identity, building grassroots cultural institutions, developing mass arts and sports movements. Thereby, the spiritual life of the people has been improved, the village and neighborhood relationship has been closely connected, and many typical cultural models have been replicated.

Thanks to that, the appearance of the countryside is increasingly green - clean - beautiful, and spiritual life is improved. Meanwhile, in the Northern mountainous region, Lac village (Mai Chau, Hoa Binh) is recognized as a "community cultural tourism village", both preserving the Thai ethnic identity and exploiting sustainable tourism, increasing income for people.

In particular, the movement also contributes to repelling social evils, raising awareness of law compliance, and building a civilized lifestyle in public places. In the context of integration and development, when the negative impacts of the market economy and digital technology are increasingly strong, the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" becomes a spiritual shield, maintaining identity, and strengthening the strength of great national unity.

The Prime Minister has repeatedly affirmed that the building of cultural life does not stop at movement activities, but must be associated with socio-economic development, improving the material and spiritual life of the people. This requires Party committees at all levels, the government, the Fatherland Front and organizations to continue to pay attention, innovate organizational methods, and ensure the movement develops sustainably and goes into depth.

In the coming time, the task is to continue to consolidate and develop cultural titles in a substantial manner, avoiding formality; focus on building model cultural families; develop synchronous and modern grassroots cultural institutions; promote the application of digital technology in propaganda work and community connection. At the same time, it is necessary to discover, commend and replicate typical advanced examples, creative and effective models in building cultural life.

Each citizen, each family, each community is the subject of the movement. When each family lives with culture, each agency, unit, and enterprise promotes culture in behavior, labor, and management, the combined strength of the whole society will be multiplied, creating a great driving force for the country to develop sustainably.

The emulation movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" today not only continues the nation's thousand-year tradition of solidarity, but also carries within it the breath of the new era - a civilized, modern, humane and humane society. That is the solid foundation for Vietnam to rise strongly in the cause of industrialization, modernization and international integration.
