Phu Luong district currently has over 4,100 hectares of tea, concentrated in the communes of Tuc Tranh, Vo Tranh, Phu Do and Yen Lac. In recent times, in addition to the support of the State, people have paid more attention to applying VietGAP standards, organic processes, investing in water-saving irrigation systems, investing in modern machinery... in the stages of caring for and processing tea products.
Currently, the locality has over 200 tea products with QR Code stamps to trace the origin of the products. By the end of 2025, the area of tea certified to meet VietGAP and organic standards in the district is expected to be over 1,100 hectares; the output of fresh tea buds is estimated at 47,900 tons (an increase of 7.4% compared to the plan); the value of tea production is estimated at nearly 1,500 billion VND...
