Phu Tho starts construction of social housing project to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress

On September 23, Nong Trang ward, Phu Tho province held the groundbreaking ceremony for the NO3 high-rise social housing project. This is one of the activities to celebrate the 1st Congress of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong and delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony of the NO3 high-rise social housing project.

The NO3 high-rise social housing project has a total estimated investment of more than 581 billion VND, invested by Cat Loi Holding Joint Stock Company. The project includes a 15-storey apartment building with nearly 400 apartments, integrating a synchronous infrastructure system, green landscape space, auxiliary works and modern commercial services.

Director of Cat Loi Holding Joint Stock Company Nguyen Van Thinh pledged to strictly implement investment procedures, financial obligations, comply with legal regulations; implement the project on schedule, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, strive to make the project a model of social housing project in Phu Tho province.

After completion, the project will not only provide hundreds of apartments for local people, officials and workers, but also contribute to improving urban quality and realizing the sustainable development strategy of Phu Tho province in the new period; ensuring stable and long-term housing for people, especially low-income people and workers.

Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, the construction unit focused on implementing construction to ensure the set progress.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van highly appreciated the efforts and determination of the investor, the provincial departments, branches, Nong Trang ward and relevant agencies for their coordination and facilitation in completing the procedures to ensure the conditions for starting construction of the project.

This is the 7th project to start construction in 2025 and the 3rd project after the merger of the new Phu Tho province, marking an important step in the development of social housing in Phu Tho province, aiming to complete the social housing development target according to the social housing development project assigned by the Prime Minister .

To ensure the construction of the project is carried out quickly, effectively, safely and with quality, Mr. Vu Viet Van requested the investor to focus resources on implementing the construction to ensure quality and progress as committed with reasonable prices, in compliance with the provisions of the law on planning, land, investment, construction, environmental protection and other relevant legal provisions.
