Phu Tho offers incense to commemorate Hung Kings before the Provincial Party Congress

Delegation of Phu Tho province respectfully offered incense to commemorate the Hung Kings.

At Kinh Thien Palace on Nghia Linh Mountain, the delegation respectfully offered incense, flowers, and gifts to commemorate the ancestors who had contributed to building and defending the country; at the same time, respectfully reported to the spirits of the Hung Kings the results achieved in the past term and the work of organizing the 1st Phu Tho Provincial Party Congress.

Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh have now converged into the new Phu Tho province, closely linked in a unified geographical and administrative entity; opening up new development space, integrating many driving forces, diverse potentials and resources for development.

Along with the whole country, the new Phu Tho province with the 2-level local government model officially came into operation from July 1, 2025. Under the leadership of the Party and State; with the solidarity, unity, high determination, and great efforts of the entire Party Committee and people, Phu Tho province has done a good job in Party building and stabilizing the organization and apparatus of the entire political system.

Effectively resolve difficulties and problems arising from practice; gradually bring the activities of two-level local governments into order; focus on socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security; determined to successfully implement the set goals and tasks and achieve many important and comprehensive results in all fields.

The 1st Phu Tho Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 is an important political event; the first Provincial Party Congress of the new Phu Tho province. The Congress was attended by 500 delegates, representing more than 257,000 party members of 152 party committees under the Provincial Party Committee; entering the preparatory session on September 29; the official session on September 30.

The Congress has the theme: Building a clean and strong Party organization and political system; promoting the strength of great solidarity and cultural traditions of the homeland; pioneering in innovation, creativity, and digital transformation; creating breakthroughs for rapid and sustainable development, together with the whole country, being self-reliant, confident, and advancing strongly in the era of national development.

With the motto: "Solidarity-Democracy-Discipline-Breakthrough-Development", the Congress will consider and decide on major policies and orientations, creating a solid political foundation for the development of Phu Tho province in the new period, contributing worthily to the cause of innovation and development of the country.

Delegates attending the Phu Tho Provincial Party Congress offered flowers at the Monument to heroic martyrs of Phu Tho province.

Before the spirit of our ancestors, the delegation vows to promote the highest spirit of solidarity and unity to successfully organize the 1st Phu Tho Provincial Party Congress; join hands with consensus, discipline, comprehensive innovation, drastic and creative actions to turn the Congress Resolution into reality; strive constantly with the highest determination and responsibility for the stability, progress, sustainable development, prosperity and identity of Phu Tho province; together take care to preserve and embellish the place of worship of our ancestors so that the descendants of Lac Hong can worship them forever.

After the incense offering ceremony at the Upper Temple, the delegation burned incense at the Hung King Mausoleum; offered flowers at the relief of Uncle Ho talking with officers and soldiers of the Vanguard Army Corps; and offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at the Provincial Heroic Martyrs Monument.
