Binh Phuoc Ward launched a tree planting campaign to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2nd.

Attending the launching ceremony were Deputy Head of the Department of Localities VII of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province Huynh Thi Hang; Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province Ha Anh Dung; Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Binh Phuoc ward Giang Thi Phuong Hanh; Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang and leaders of a number of departments, branches and localities of the province.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Ward, Ngo Hong Khang, said: In the face of increasingly greater challenges from climate change, natural disasters and environmental pollution, expanding the green area is not only an urgent requirement in the short term but also a long-term strategic orientation, ensuring sustainable development. In recent times, Binh Phuoc Ward has always paid attention to and focused on environmental protection, developing green spaces associated with the goal of building a civilized and modern urban area.

This year's tree planting movement is associated with the planning of the Suoi Cam Lake Tourist Area Project Phase 2, both protecting the environment, responding to climate change, and creating green space for service and tourism development, contributing to the goal of sustainable socio-economic development.

At the ceremony, hundreds of yellow feng shui trees were planted at Suoi Cam Park phase 2 and planned roads, promising to become a landscape highlight of Binh Phuoc ward.
