Hoang Mai Ward joins hands in the "For the Poor" campaign.

On the afternoon of November 13th, Hoang Mai ward organized the "Joining Hands for the Poor and Social Welfare" program for 2025.

Reporting on the results of the "For the Poor" and social welfare campaign in 2025, the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Mai Ward, Trieu Hai Van, stated that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward had closely coordinated with the ward government to implement a plan to mobilize and call upon agencies, units, businesses, philanthropists, and all strata of people in the area during the "For the Poor" campaign from October 17th to November 18th, 2025.

After a period of propaganda and mobilization, and receiving attention, support, and contributions from the entire political system, businesses, officials, civil servants, armed forces personnel, philanthropists, and people in Hoang Mai ward, with its noble tradition and spirit of "mutual support and compassion," many activities have been carried out to visit, give gifts, and encourage disadvantaged and vulnerable people in the community. In particular, the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Hoang Mai Ward Party Committee directed the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward to coordinate with the government, mass organizations, Party branches, Front Work Committees, and residential groups to review and organize the distribution of many practical gifts to 9 near-poor households and 75 families with sudden difficulties, worth hundreds of millions of VND.

In addition, the political system and all sectors of the population in the area have actively supported the "For the Poor" Fund of Hoang Mai ward.

Speaking at the program, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Mai Ward, Nguyen Le Hien, stated that in response to the emulation movement "For the poor - Leaving no one behind" for the period 2021-2025, in recent years and especially in 2025, immediately after implementing the two-tiered local government model, the Ward Party Committee has strengthened leadership and direction of the government, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, political and social organizations, and relevant collectives and individuals to focus on social welfare work and caring for the lives of the people.

During the peak month of the "For the Poor" campaign in 2025, Hoang Mai ward contributed 300 million VND to the "For the Poor" Fund of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city and provided support and gifts to near-poor and suddenly disadvantaged families.

The "Joining Hands for the Poor and Social Welfare" program in Hoang Mai ward in 2025 aims to continue connecting hearts and sharing love, providing an opportunity for every agency, organization, business, and all levels of people in the ward to care for and help the poor improve their lives and have favorable conditions to rise up through practical and concrete actions.

This active participation will support the ward's political system in realizing social welfare goals and tasks in 2025 and subsequent years, contributing positively to building a comprehensively developed Hoang Mai ward where the people are happy.
