The program includes many meaningful activities related to reading culture: displaying and introducing books on themes such as Vietnamese history, maritime sovereignty , and the homeland of Da Nang; children's books on science and discovery, and study skills.
In addition, the "Storytelling Based on Books" competition at the primary school level, the "Book Presentation" competition at the secondary school level, and the reading experience at the mobile library contribute to building reading habits among students in the area.
The People's Committee of Son Tra Ward officially launched the reading campaign and established the "Son Tra Ward Community Library" with the message: "One page a day - A reading habit for everyone."
The ward leaders called on agencies, units, schools, organizations, businesses, philanthropists, and all citizens to continue supporting the locality with practical actions: maintaining the habit of reading in families and communities; and joining hands to donate suitable books and materials to build and develop the "Son Tra Ward Community Library".
On this occasion, the People's Committee of Son Tra Ward awarded prizes for the second round of the Son Tra - Tra Leng beautiful photo contest to create the photo book "From Son Tra Beach to Tra Leng Mountain".
