Vinh Tuy Ward implements the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress

HNP - On the morning of September 18, the Vinh Tuy Ward Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Vinh Tuy Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030; deploy action plans to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo.

The Resolution of the 1st Congress of Vinh Tuy Ward Party Committee sets the goal that by 2030, the ward will have modern urban infrastructure, with increasingly high proportions of trade and services; a civilized digital citizen community, effectively adapting to digital transformation. By 2045, it will become a sustainably developed, rich and beautiful ward, a modern urban area with high connectivity, contributing increasingly to the development of the Capital.

The Resolution also sets out three strategic breakthroughs, namely: Breakthrough in innovation of thinking and methods of organizing the implementation of the Party's policies and the State's laws; breakthrough in the application of science and technology and digital transformation in management and social administration; breakthrough in the development of urban technical infrastructure in a synchronous, modern and smart direction, prioritizing solutions suitable to the conditions and resources of the ward.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Vinh Tuy Ward Nguyen Quang Trung requested Party committees and organizations at all levels to concretize the Resolution with appropriate and practical action programs and plans, bringing it into life, creating clear changes in the work areas of the grassroots.

Party committees and organizations at all levels continue to promote propaganda work and thoroughly disseminate to each cadre, party member and people the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Vinh Tuy Ward Party Congress in conjunction with action plans to implement Resolutions No. 57, 66, and 68 of the Politburo .

In particular, each Party Committee and Party cell needs to promote the spirit of exemplary, proactive, creative, concretizing goals and targets into programs and action plans suitable to the practical situation of each unit and each residential area, ensuring practicality and effectiveness.

Along with that, Party committees and Party cells at all levels should strengthen the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the above resolutions; promptly detect and correct shortcomings and limitations; at the same time, commend and replicate good models and effective practices. Party committees and Party cells should further promote the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members in performing political tasks and in daily life.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Trung suggested that Party committees and Party cells at all levels should focus on implementing key tasks, which are promoting the application of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation; innovating and improving the quality of law-making work; having solutions to support and encourage the development of the private economy in the right direction, suitable to the characteristics and situation of the unit.

At the conference, Comrade Phung Bich Nga, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, disseminated the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress on the field of Party building and political system work; Comrade Vu Van Hoat, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee disseminated the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress on the field of socio-economic development. Next, Comrade Tran Anh, Head of the Party Building Committee, deployed the Action Plans of the Ward Party Committee to implement Resolutions No. 57, 66, 68 of the Politburo.
