The launch of the new General Agency Office model aims to create a new standard for the ideal workplace for Consultants, a local Customer Care Center with luxurious space and modernized customer support services.
The new General Agency Office model will be a place for Consultants to pursue a career in the field of Life Insurance. At the same time, it continues to affirm the customer-centric strategy, enhancing the customer experience when participating in insurance with Prudential.
With an open, professional and modern space, the new office is flexibly designed for multi-functional use from daily business activities, team activities, ... to bonding and development activities. This will be the place where generations of Consultants at Prudential are trained and developed with modern content and methods, in line with the development trends of the times, which is the foundation for the future of Prudential. Above all, the new General Agency Office model is a solid launching pad for Prudential to "fulfill its commitments" and bring values beyond expectations to customers.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Business Development Director of Mekong Agent Channel - Nguyen Thanh Doi shared: “In 2023, despite facing common challenges in the Life Insurance industry, Prudential is always ready to be present when customers need it and constantly improve the customer experience. Continuously investing and launching new Customer Care Centers as well as General Agency Offices according to the new model will contribute to bringing customers better experiences.
