These are the efforts and goals that PVCFC has persistently pursued, accompanying Ca Mau province over the years. As a business that always puts community responsibility first, PVCFC not only brings golden seasons of victory but also persistently nurtures hope for the people of the countryside.
According to the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, by the end of 2024, the whole province will still have more than 3,100 poor households, mainly concentrated in remote districts such as Ngoc Hien and U Minh, where travel conditions are difficult, housing is degraded, and lighting systems are limited, especially during the rainy season and high tides.
In order to effectively implement the policy of "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" proposed by the Prime Minister by 2025 and accompanying the locality in the province's advanced new rural construction program, PVCFC has proactively surveyed and coordinated with authorities at all levels to deploy a series of urgent civil works with a total cost of more than 27 billion VND.
Specifically, PVCFC inaugurated and handed over 300 Great Unity Houses in the former Ngoc Hien district, now Phan Ngoc Hien commune (VND24 billion) and 51 houses in Khanh An commune (VND2.86 billion) to disadvantaged households. The houses were built with brick walls, solid corrugated iron roofs, high foundations to prevent flooding, and basic electricity and water systems, helping households stabilize their housing, especially during the upcoming storm season.

In parallel, PVCFC also invested in a solar street light system consisting of 182 lamp posts in Nguyen Phich commune with a budget of 400 million VND. The project not only improves nighttime traffic conditions, reduces the risk of accidents and social evils, but also contributes to completing environmental and traffic safety criteria in the province's new rural program.
These civic projects not only promptly address urgent needs in disadvantaged areas, but also demonstrate PVCFC’s long-term commitment to a sustainable, people-centered development strategy, with priority given to supporting housing, basic infrastructure, and improving living conditions in localities heavily impacted by climate change.
Over the past 14 years, the "Ca Mau Fertilizer - Golden Harvest" Social Security Fund has been implementing projects foreducation , healthcare and supporting people in difficult circumstances with an estimated sponsorship amount of nearly 600 billion VND to date.
In 2024 alone, Ca Mau Fertilizer has built 645 solidarity houses, 7 school projects, supported gratitude programs and social organizations, and promptly implemented plans to overcome the consequences of natural disasters. Typically, in the series of activities after storm No. 3 (Yagi), PVCFC mobilized staff to contribute 1 billion VND to support Ninh Binh and sponsored 4 billion VND to build a new residential area in Kho Vang village (Lao Cai), donated 25 tons of fertilizer and directly guided "effective farming with Ca Mau NPK fertilizer" to 500 disadvantaged households in Lai Chau province.
At the same time, the program "Ca Mau Fertilizer - Accompanying people in drought and salinity areas" has awarded 1,400 clean water tanks worth nearly 3.5 billion VND, helping people in the Mekong Delta overcome drought and salinity intrusion.
