Speaking at the meeting, Director of the Department of Health Do Thi Nguyen suggested that in the last months of the year, the hospital should continue to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment; promote the application of new and specialized techniques, take the patient as the center, and take patient satisfaction as a measure for development.
In addition, promote training, scientific research and technology transfer to medical facilities with pediatric departments in the area, ensuring that children in remote areas also have access to high-quality medical services.
Continue to have plans to attract, train and retain doctors, especially high-quality human resources; maximize on-site human resources, apply information technology, deploy electronic medical records, towards a smart hospital model. Promote communication so that each officer and employee is both a doctor and an "ambassador" to spread the image of a friendly, dedicated and professional hospital to the community.
