Dong Nai surveyed 22 communes/wards to determine the public service satisfaction index (SIPAS) 2025

(DN) - The Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 10351/UBND-HCC on implementing a survey on people's and organizations' satisfaction with the services of State administrative agencies, serving to determine the SIPAS Index (Satisfaction Index of people and organizations with the services of State administrative agencies) in 2025 in the province.

This survey was conducted as required in Official Dispatch No. 10762/BNV-CCHC dated November 17, 2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs , aiming to objectively assess the level of satisfaction and expectations of people regarding the quality of service of State administrative agencies. The SIPAS index is an important basis for Dong Nai province to choose appropriate solutions to improve the quality of service to the people.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Home Affairs has selected 22 communes and wards in Dong Nai province to conduct a survey on people's satisfaction in 2025.

This list includes localities such as: Tran Bien, Long Khanh, Tam Phuoc, Binh Phuoc , Chon Thanh, Phuoc Binh, Trang Bom, Song Ray, Xuan Duong, Xuan Hoa, Phuoc An, Phu Lam, Dinh Quan, Tri An, Dak Lua, Minh Duc, Bu Dang, Bu Gia Map, Phu Rieng, Tan Hung, Loc Tan, Thien Hung.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to act as the focal point for contact and implementation of specific contents related to the SIPAS survey according to the guidance of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Allocate resources, create conditions for cadres and civil servants to participate and support activities related to the SIPAS 2025 survey. At the same time, coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards to monitor the implementation results according to the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Based on the implementation results in localities, advise on the assessment of the level of completion of tasks and public services in 2025.

The communes and wards selected in the list must coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to select the survey sample according to the correct composition and time regulations, including: List of villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods selected for survey; make a list of households in the villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods selected for survey. At the same time, proactively coordinate and create favorable conditions when investigators distribute survey forms in the locality; actively mobilize households to participate in answering the SIPAS survey form in 2025 fully, objectively, and truthfully.
