In recent years, Vinh Hoa Commune Youth Union has continued to implement the spring volunteer program, youth month, summer youth volunteer campaign, volunteer Saturday and green Sunday movements; youth activities to participate in building new rural areas, building civilized urban areas associated with volunteer activities for the community.
From 2022 to present, Vinh Hoa Commune Union has mobilized the construction of 5 new charity houses, red scarf houses, installed 181 solar lights, carried out the project "Lighting up the countryside roads", donated 1,200 gifts to policy families, youth, students, children, people in difficult circumstances... with a total cost of over 635 million VND; planted 6,000 trees, maintained road sections participating in building civilized, bright, green, clean, beautiful urban areas... The unit also launched the construction of 6 learning models following Uncle Ho's example among union members and youth, thereby collecting and supporting over 200 million VND for people in difficult circumstances.
Implementing the campaign "Each union member, youth has an idea and initiative", Vinh Hoa Commune Union carried out projects to attach red address QR codes, coordinate to make QR codes for households to buy and sell without cash at the market... with a total value of more than 25 million VND. "Through the movements, union members and youth have the opportunity and conditions to demonstrate the spirit of shock and pioneering of youth; train their will and intelligence, thereby asserting themselves", said Mr. Phan Quoc Toan.

In order to build a young generation with strong character and good professional skills, every year, Vinh Hoa Commune Youth Union carries out many activities to accompany young people in their studies, promote the ability to apply information technology, improve professional qualifications and skills for union members and young people. At the same time, it promotes the construction of many economic models, cooperatives, and clubs among young people. Up to now, all hamlet youth unions have economic models among young people, bringing high economic efficiency. The unit coordinates to organize training to support young people in starting a business, opens 12 vocational training classes and 60 science and technology transfer classes for union members and young people. The Commune Youth Union also promotes communication about starting a business; effectively implements activities to support young people in borrowing capital to develop production and business through capital from the Social Policy Bank, with a total amount of 46 billion VND.
In the context of implementing a two-level local government, Vinh Hoa Commune Youth Union promotes the spirit of solidarity, effective coordination, and implements many practical activities, arousing the spirit of vanguard and dedication, contributing to affirming the role of youth in the cause of building and developing the homeland.
