At the seminar, delegates listened to relevant units evaluate the practical implementation of the Law on Support for Small and Medium Enterprises in Dong Nai; shared experiences and difficulties from businesses. At the same time, discussed feasible solutions to ensure effective application of policies; thereby proposing recommendations to improve mechanisms and policies in accordance with the actual conditions of the province.
Dong Nai has many conditions for business development, especially small and medium enterprises. The province currently has more than 105 thousand enterprises and affiliated units, actively contributing to GRDP growth, export turnover, budget and job creation for workers. The private economic sector is increasingly demonstrating its pioneering role in innovation and integration.
The picture of Dong Nai's business development has many bright spots but still faces many challenges. Therefore, over the past years, the province has issued policies and strategies to develop the private economy and support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee also issued Plan No. 23-KH/TU dated September 4, 2025, along with policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises to realize the goals of Resolution 68-NQ/TW on private economic development.
The promotion of the Law on Support for Small and Medium Enterprises is of great significance, being a legal tool to help the province concretize the spirit of Resolution 68 into practice. In particular, the province focuses on strongly implementing support groups on land, capital, and priority credit; training human resources, improving management capacity, supporting innovative startups; promoting digital transformation, transparency, and simplification of accounting, tax, and insurance regimes. At the same time, expanding opportunities to participate in important projects of the province and large supply chains; strengthening business connections, industry cluster linkages, and regional linkages.
