On the afternoon of September 26th, a delegation from the 4th Military Region Command, led by Major General Le Hong Nhan, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Military Region, inspected the preparations and response to Typhoon No. 10 at Cua Lo Port, Cua Lo Ward, Nghe An Province.

At the scene, the delegation received a report on the situation of anchored vessels and the plan to ensure the safety of people and property.
To date, all vessels in the area have moved to safe shelters; units have organized forces and resources, maintained strict readiness for combat, guided and assisted fishermen in finding safe shelters and anchoring their boats; and regularly inspected and reminded fishermen to comply with the sea closure order.
Major General Le Hong Nhan requested that units continue to closely monitor the storm's developments; coordinate closely with local authorities, promptly implement evacuation plans for people in dangerous areas, and avoid being caught off guard; and have forces and equipment ready to participate in rescue operations when necessary.



As of 4 PM on September 26th, over 116,000 officers, soldiers, militia members, and self-defense forces, along with more than 1,200 specialized vehicles and equipment, have been deployed and stationed in key areas, ready for deployment and rescue operations. More than 22,700 out of a total of 23,307 vessels from five provinces from Thanh Hoa to Hue City have safely anchored.
Units under Military Region 4 strictly maintain combat readiness, regularly organize alerts, inspect disaster prevention and mitigation efforts; closely coordinate with Party committees, authorities, and police, border guard, and militia forces in localities to help people reinforce houses, strengthen structures, anchor boats, and evacuate people from dangerous areas to safe places; minimizing damage to people and property before the storm makes landfall.
