Promoting tourism through VTV International Marathon

VHO - 7,100 domestic and international athletes competed in the VTV LPBank 2025 International Marathon with the theme "Rhythm Through Time" last weekend.

The tournament left its mark with poetic roads

Through this tournament, the image of the poetic Dai Lai Lake and the tourism potential, landscapes and landscapes of Phu Tho province are promoted to a large number of tourists.

Evaluating the tournament, Mr. Do Duc Hoang - Head of the Steering Committee, representative of Vietnam Television, emphasized that the VTV LPbank International Marathon 2025 is organized by Vietnam Television in coordination with the People's Committee of Phu Tho province, the Vietnam Sports and Physical Training Department, the Vietnam Athletics Federation, Thanh An Media Company, with the support of Loc Phat Vietnam Bank (LPBank).

This is also a sporting event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2; and the 55th anniversary of the first television program broadcast by Vietnam Television.

At the tournament, runners competed in 3 distances of 6.8km, 10km and 21km on a poetic, tree-lined route, embracing the beauty of Dai Lai Lake, Phu Tho province. This year's tournament, with the theme "Rhythm through time", carries the message of honoring the value of connecting the past - present - future, while demonstrating the spirit of perseverance, overcoming all limits of each runner.

Through this tournament, Vietnam Television wishes to spread the spirit of love for running to the runner community, build a healthy sports environment, bring great spiritual and social values, especially promote the cultural and tourism image of each locality.

Athletes excitedly participate in the race

Participating in this tournament, the image of Phu Tho province - a land rich in tradition, with many famous landscapes and landscapes has been promoted to a large number of athletes and tourists. From there, it contributes to stimulating the development of tourism in the province. Besides LPBank as a companion unit, the race also received attention and support from units such as Flamingo Dai Lai Resort, DIC Group.

At the VTV LPBank International Marathon 2025, runners will experience special things when running in the afternoon, admiring the romantic sunset at the top 10 most beautiful resorts in the world.

On a uniquely designed running route, passing through the beautiful natural landscapes of Flamingo Dai Lai such as green pine forests, poetic lakes and impressive architectural works, bringing unforgettable experiences to athletes.

Athletes competed in three distances. The challenging 21km half marathon attracted nearly 3,000 runners, while more than 1,700 runners participated in the 10km distance and more than 2,400 runners in the 6.8km distance.

The heat of the tournament is also confirmed by the participation of runners from 8 countries, creating a colorful international playground and at the same time providing valuable opportunities for domestic runners to exchange and learn.

Not only a sporting event, the tournament also spreads profound human values and positive messages about healthy lifestyles and environmental protection.
