Specifically: The Standing Committee of the National Assembly passed the Resolution:

- Mobilize and appoint Mr. Le Quang Manh, member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Economic and Financial Committee of the National Assembly to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Office of the National Assembly, performing the duties of Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the Office of the National Assembly until the position of Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the Office of the National Assembly is completed.

- Mobilize and approve Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly.

- Agreed to allow Mr. Le Quang Huy, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, to take leave from October 1 according to his personal wishes.

The National Assembly Standing Committee also assigned Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan to be in charge of, direct and manage the activities of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment until the position of Chairman of this Committee is completed.
