The National Assembly discussed the draft Law on Forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.

In the morning , after the Chairman of the National Assembly 's Committee on National Defense and Security, Le Tan Toi, presented a report on explanation, acceptance, and revision, the National Assembly discussed in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law on Forces Participating in the Protection of Security and Order at the Grassroots Level. The presenting agency and the agency in charge of the review coordinated to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly listened to Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung, authorized by the Prime Minister, present a report on the draft Resolution on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies on investment in road construction. Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh will present a report on this content.

Afterwards, the National Assembly held a group discussion on adjusting some contents of Resolution 53/2017/QH14 dated November 24, 2017 of the National Assembly on the feasibility study report of the land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement project of Long Thanh International Airport; Resolution on piloting some specific mechanisms and policies on investment in construction of road traffic works.
