In the first quarter of 2025, Nui Thanh resolved administrative procedures on time reaching more than 93.8%

Of the procedural records resolved in the first quarter of 2025, 99.64% were resolved online; 836 were paid online, accounting for 99.88%.

For the Nui Thanh District Land Registration Office Branch, in the first quarter, 3,711 records were received; 2,355 records were resolved (229 records were overdue), and 816 records are being resolved (83 records were overdue). The rate of records resolved on time was 90.16%. 92.07% of records were resolved online.

Currently, the total number of administrative procedures received at the district-level one-stop shop is 310 procedures and at the commune level 162 procedures, which are made public on the National Public Service Portal and posted at one-stop shops at all levels according to regulations.

The reception and result delivery department of Nui Thanh district has transferred 100% of district-level administrative procedures to public postal service providers.
