In the first quarter of 2025, Nui Thanh district achieved a timely completion rate of over 93.8% for administrative procedures.

Of the applications processed in the first quarter of 2025, 99.64% were processed online; 836 applications were paid online, accounting for 99.88%.

For the Land Registration Office Branch in Nui Thanh District, in the first quarter, 3,711 applications were received; 2,355 applications were processed (229 applications were delayed), and 816 applications are currently being processed (83 applications are delayed). The rate of applications processed on time reached 90.16%. 92.07% of applications were processed online.

Currently, the total number of administrative procedures received at the district-level one-stop service center is 310 procedures and at the commune level is 162 procedures, which are publicly available on the National Public Service Portal and posted at the one-stop service centers at all levels as prescribed.

The reception and results delivery department of Nui Thanh district has transferred 100% of district-level administrative procedures to a public postal service provider.
