Hoa Thuan People's Credit Fund announces changes to its License.

Based on Clause 4, Article 37 of the Law on Credit Institutions 2024 (as amended and supplemented).

Based on Decision 602/QD-KV15 dated December 30, 2025, of the State Bank of Vietnam, Regional Branch 15, regarding the amendment and supplementation of the license for the head office address of Hoa Thuan People's Credit Fund.

Based on Decision 59/QD-KV15 dated February 27, 2026, of the State Bank of Vietnam, Regional Branch 15, regarding the amendment of the charter capital content in Operating License No. 040/NH-GP dated November 14, 1996, of Hoa Thuan People's Credit Fund.

Hoa Thuan People's Credit Fund announces the amendments to Points 2 and 3 of Operating License No. 040/NH-GP dated November 14, 1996, issued by the Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Kien Giang Province Branch, to Hoa Thuan People's Credit Fund, regarding the address of its head office as follows:

- "Headquarters located in Binh Quang Hamlet, Hoa Thuan Commune, An Giang Province."

3. Charter capital: VND 3,216,650,000 (in words: Three billion two hundred sixteen million six hundred fifty thousand dong), including:

- The charter capital is formed from contributed capital: VND 1,912,150,000.

- The charter capital is formed from the Capital Reserve Fund: VND 224,000,000.

- The charter capital is formed from the Development Investment Fund: VND 1,080,500,000.

This decision takes effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of Operating License No. 040/NH-GP dated November 14, 1996, issued by the Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Kien Giang Provincial Branch, to Hoa Thuan People's Credit Fund under Decision No. 118/NHQD-GP dated November 14, 1996.
