The People's Committee of Van Phu Ward organized a conference to launch the 90-day campaign to enrich and clean up the land database.

By the end of October, Van Phu ward had implemented a comprehensive and decisive campaign to digitize land data, achieving many outstanding results. From the very beginning of the campaign, the ward's People's Committee conducted direct and coordinated communication to each residential group and neighborhood, helping people understand the objectives, significance, and responsibilities in providing and standardizing land information.

Currently, the ward has over 12,000 residential land plots, with 11,125 land records collected, of which 10,307 records have been scanned, digitized, or photographed; 8,372 records have been transferred to the ward police for data matching, and 5,169 records have been transferred to the Viet Tri branch of the land registration office.

To achieve this result, Van Phu ward proactively established specialized working groups, coordinating closely with residential areas and neighborhood groups to review, compile statistics, and guide people in declaring land information. This not only helps people understand their rights and obligations in land management and use, but also helps the data collection process to be quick and accurate, minimizing omissions or inaccuracies in information.

Officials from the Economic, Infrastructure, and Urban Planning Department of Van Phu Ward check and review information before entering data.

Beyond assisting with administrative procedures, the ward also places special emphasis on public awareness campaigns and mobilization through various flexible methods, such as organizing neighborhood meetings, providing detailed guidance, utilizing media channels, and assigning staff to directly assist households facing difficulties in completing paperwork.

Ms. Pham Hong Thuy, Head of the Economic , Infrastructure and Urban Planning Department of Van Phu Ward, said: "Cleaning up land data is an important task to complete the database system, connect land information with the population database, and better serve state management and public service provision. The ward is determined to put the people at the center of service, ensuring that people do not have to travel multiple times or encounter difficulties when carrying out procedures..."

Along with Van Phu ward, in Dan Chu commune, the land data digitization campaign is also being implemented with high determination and innovative, flexible approaches. Ms. Nguyen Thi May – Deputy Head of the Economic Department of Dan Chu commune, said: The commune People's Committee has established a working group to participate in the campaign, coordinating with the commune police force and 35 residential areas in the commune.

Currently, the entire commune has over 4,800 households, with 4,320 income records collected and data entered regarding land users, area, current status, and origin, reaching 97%. All records have been compiled and transferred to the commune police for information verification.

From the very beginning of the implementation, extensive and comprehensive propaganda and mobilization efforts were organized through the public address system and neighborhood meetings, with the motto "Go to every alley, knock on every door".

As a result, local residents clearly understand the meaning and practical benefits of the campaign for state management, as well as for the direct rights of each household in using and establishing legal land ownership.

Mr. Han Van Vuong, residing in Zone 5, Dan Chu Commune, stated: "Through the public address system and the residential area's Zalo group, we have received information related to the land data cleanup campaign. The commune's task force came to our home to guide us in completing the necessary procedures. We hope that after the data is digitized, searching and controlling land information will be more convenient than before..."

Officials from the Economic Department of Dan Chu commune are entering land data into the database.

To provide maximum convenience for citizens, numerous centralized document collection points have been established at the commune People's Committee headquarters, the Public Administrative Service Center, the commune police station, and community cultural centers. At each point, specialized staff, police officers, youth union members, and neighborhood representatives are assigned to guide and assist citizens in filling out and completing their documents.

In particular, mobile teams were established to go directly to the homes of disadvantaged households, the elderly, or those living far from urban centers, helping them fill out information forms and scan documents on the spot, ensuring that no citizen is left out. This process is carried out according to strict procedures, adhering strictly to regulations on personal information security and data safety, while severely punishing any acts of exploiting the campaign to collect and use information for improper purposes.

Clearly, digitizing land data is a key task requiring the participation of the entire population. The 90-day campaign presents an opportunity for localities to thoroughly address the issue of inconsistent land data.

When data is cleaned, made transparent, and integrated with population data, it will create a solid foundation for more effective management, serving the people in the area quickly and efficiently. When the land database is standardized, digitized, and interconnected with provincial and national data systems, it will help promote policies to attract investment.

At the same time, citizens will directly benefit as administrative procedures such as issuing land ownership certificates, transferring ownership, mortgaging, or inheriting property become faster, more convenient, and more transparent than before.
