Determined to build Na Hy to develop, be politically stable, and stand firm on the border

Comrade Tran Van Thuong, Secretary of the Na Hy Commune Party Committee, said: Established on the basis of merging 4 communes: Na Hy, Na Khoa, Nam Nhu and Nam Chua, the new Na Hy commune currently has a border of 31.533km adjacent to the Lao People's Democratic Republic. The Na Hy Commune Party Committee has 47 Party cells and affiliated Party Committees with a total of 733 Party members; of which 669 are official Party members and 64 are probationary Party members.

Reviewing the outstanding results, comrade Tran Van Thuong said: typical in the work of organizing and building the Party is developing ethnic minority party members, with a total of 207 newly admitted party members; establishing 23 new party cells, eliminating 9 villages without party cells. Every year, the percentage of party organizations completing their tasks well or better is 90%; the percentage of party members completing their tasks well or better is 95%.

The economy is gradually developing; the value of agricultural, forestry and fishery production by the end of 2025 is estimated at 188.7 billion VND; grain crops reach 2,350.06 hectares; total output reaches 6,307.54 tons, average food reaches 377 kg/person/year.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Discipline - Aspiration - Development", 100% of the delegates attending the congress highly agreed with the consistent goal set out at the congress, which is: "... to build Na Hy commune to develop, be politically stable, and be steadfast in the border area". Specifically, for that goal, the Na Hy commune Party Committee set out 16 specific goals in tasks and fields: Party organization and building work strives to have more than 90% of Party organizations and Party members complete their tasks well or better; on average, each year admit 3-4% of new Party members out of the total number of Party members; more than 80% of village chiefs are Party members; maintain and improve the quality of Party organizations in 100% of villages.

In terms of economy, strive for an average growth rate of state budget revenue in the area of 20%; an average annual growth rate of total product value in the area of 11%/year; vocational training for rural workers of 140 people/year; and an average poverty reduction of 5%/year...

Representing the delegates attending the congress, comrade Tran Van Thuong, Secretary of the Na Hy Commune Party Committee, approved the determination of party members to strive to achieve the goals and tasks set out in the 2025-2030 term.

Affirming that the tasks set out for the 2025-2030 term of the Commune Party Committee are of great significance, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee Tran Van Thuong and 135 delegates attending the congress vowed to unite, work together with the people of all ethnic groups, and be determined to successfully achieve the goal of building Na Hy commune to develop sustainably, contributing to the development of Dien Bien province.
