On the morning of May 26, the People's Committee of Quynh Phu district held a conference to launch the month of action for children and launch a campaign to support the 2023 child protection fund.

This year's Action Month for Children takes place from June 1 to 30 with the theme "Joining hands to reduce harm to children". The implementation of the Action Month aims to raise awareness and sense of responsibility of agencies, organizations and individuals in solving children's issues and preventing and reducing the risks of child abuse and injuries to children. Building a safe, friendly and healthy living environment, while fully implementing children's rights, ensuring children's comprehensive development... Activities in the Action Month focus on visiting and giving gifts to children in especially difficult circumstances, children from poor and near-poor households; organizing safe and healthy recreational activities for children during the summer. In order to take care of children in a timely manner, the Quynh Phu District Children's Protection Fund has launched and called on organizations, units, businesses and individuals to support the fund.
Quynh Phu district leaders give gifts to disadvantaged children who overcome difficulties to excel in their studies.
At the conference, organizations, units and businesses in the district supported the district's children's protection fund with a total amount of over 300 million VND. On this occasion, the Quynh Phu district children's protection fund presented 84 gifts, each worth 300 thousand VND, to students in difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties to excel in their studies.
