Launching the "Exam Support" Program and the "Red Flamboyant" Volunteer Campaign in 2025

On the morning of June 2, at Lao Cai City High School No. 4, Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize the Launching Ceremony of the Program "Supporting Exam Season" and the Volunteer Campaign "Red Flamboyant" in 2025.

Attending the ceremony were more than 200 youth union members, students and volunteers from the "Exam Support" teams in the area.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Hoang Manh Linh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union Council emphasized: The program "Supporting the exam season" and the "Red Flamboyant Flower" campaign are typical volunteer activities with profound humanitarian significance. The program is also an opportunity for the youth of the whole province to join hands to contribute to building a safe and humane exam, leaving good impressions in the hearts of each candidate and the people.

Volunteer teams launch.

At the ceremony, volunteer teams including: free motorbike taxi team, consulting and guidance team, logistics team, traffic diversion team, etc. were officially launched and ready to enter the peak campaign. Representatives of the union members and youth of Lao Cai city also spoke in response, expressing their determination to act with specific and practical actions.

In order to encourage and motivate students to overcome difficulties and study well, the Organizing Committee awarded 32 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances ( photo below ).

This is a practical activity to accompany and support candidates in the high school graduation exam and grade 10 entrance exam, while promoting the spirit of volunteerism of Lao Cai youth.
