In the highland districts of Nghe An such as Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Que Phong, Quy Chau, etc., since the end of June, ethnic people have begun to enter the peak season of planting winter-spring rice. Unlike the plains, where the irrigation system is basically complete, in the highlands, irrigation water mainly depends on natural streams and rain, so when there is rain, people rush to the fields to prepare the land and plant rice.
