Overcoming the challenge of real-time interaction in crowded environments.
As Vietnam's largest semi-wild animal conservation park, Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc offers a unique "humans in cages, animals in enclosures" experience, where visitors ride in specialized vehicles to explore the animal world in a vast, semi-natural environment. However, this very operational environment presents a complex challenge for next-generation interactive artificial intelligence (AI) systems.
The constantly moving environment, high passenger density, animal noise, environmental distractions, and diverse languages and regional accents make accurate and timely recognition and response a major challenge for interactive smart technology.
Unlike the strictly controlled environments of laboratories or factories regarding light and sound, outdoor public spaces require robotic systems to simultaneously process a multitude of complex variables. In this context, Dyno was given an entirely new role: becoming a digital technology guide at Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc.

The biggest challenge for the VinDynamics development team in this campaign was figuring out how to make the robots able to listen, understand, and respond instantly (in real-time) to the continuous interactions from tourists in a real-world operating environment.
Thanks to the integration of an advanced artificial intelligence platform and a beamforming microphone array system, Dyno has demonstrated superior skills in isolating the voice of the person it's interacting with. Dyno's ability to think, process natural language, and provide responses has captivated many tourists, making it a fascinating new tour guide. Beyond simply responding with audio, the robot's motion control system automatically calculates and synchronizes hand gestures, eye movements, and body language to the context, creating a natural and friendly interaction, just like a real tour guide.
Affirming the capabilities of "Make in Vietnam" solutions.
What makes this experience even more meaningful is the proud display of a Vietnamese brand logo on the machine. The entire process, from design and interactive software development to the actual operation of the Dyno robot, is handled by a team of Vietnamese engineers at VinDynamics.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, Director of Technology, VinDynamics.
Real-world trials in Phu Quoc have opened up great prospects for the application of humanoid robots in the service, retail, tourism , and public administration sectors in Vietnam in the near future. Humanoid robots are no longer science fiction in movies or confined to laboratories, but are ready to step into real life to accompany and serve people's lives.
VinDynamics is a technology company under Vingroup, focusing on the research, development, and production of advanced robotics and automation solutions, particularly in the field of humanoid robots. With a focus on innovation and the application of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, mechatronics, and motion control, VinDynamics aims to provide intelligent, safe, and cost-effective robotic products, contributing to improved labor productivity and quality of life.
