Legendary tennis player Roger Federer is currently on vacation with his family in Hoi An , Quang Nam, and staying at a local 5-star hotel.

On the afternoon of April 29th, Nguyen Thanh Hong, Director of the Department of Culture , Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam province, confirmed to VnExpress that Swiss tennis legend Roger Federer is enjoying a private vacation with his family at a resort in Dien Ban town, about 6 km from the center of Hoi An ancient town.

On April 28th, several photos of Vietnamese fans posing with Roger Federer on a tennis practice court in Hoi An appeared on social media. A personal account named Le Thu Guillon, with 493,000 followers, posted a picture of herself checking in with the Swiss legend.

News of the legendary tennis player's trip to Hoi An has delighted his fans. On social media, some fans circulated images of the player wearing a conical hat, claiming it was a photo of him checking in in Vietnam. In reality, it was a photo Roger took in February during a family trip to Thailand. Currently, Federer has not posted any photos of his and his family's trip to Hoi An on his personal page.

Roger Federer was born in 1981 in Basel, Switzerland. He is one of the greatest tennis players in history, having won a total of 20 Grand Slam titles in his career.
