There has been some curiosity about whether Rolls-Royce could offer a petrol engine for its electric Spectre. After all, it is built on the same platform as the company’s other modern models including the Cullinan, Phantom and Ghost, all of which are loyal to the V12 engine formula. Talking about the engine, many people will think it is equipped with a 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine like the luxury sedans Ghost, Phantom VIII and Cullinan, but this person thinks a twin-turbocharged V8 engine will be better.
The reason behind this engine choice has not been revealed, but in addition to giving the car an internal combustion engine, this photo editor also refreshed the Spectre ICE's appearance in an unexpected way. This "extremely unique" gold-plated Rolls-Royce Spectre, which also has a petrol engine, has a new hood that is almost completely cut off to fit the giant engine block underneath.
It also gets massive fenders that give it a wider look, along with front, side and rear bumpers, a multi-blade diffuser and quad exhausts. The car is finished in gloss black with contrasting gold accents. New wide rims add a similar look, and the car sits very close to the ground. In fact, too little ground clearance can cause even a small rock to damage that beautiful body, so an adjustable air suspension system can raise and lower the body at the touch of a button.
According to many experts, even though it is just a concept car, having a gasoline engine on the Rolls-Royce Spectre is not impossible, but a modified body kit or gold plating is really not recommended. Video : Watch the super luxury car Rolls-Royce Spectre 2025.
