June 30 evening, art program Ho Chi Minh City - A new era is shining at Nguyen Hue walking street (Ho Chi Minh City).
This activity celebrates the 327th anniversary of the formation of Saigon - Cho Lon - Gia Dinh - Ho Chi Minh City (1698 - 2025) and the 49th anniversary of Saigon - Gia Dinh City officially being honored to be named after President Ho Chi Minh (July 2, 1976 - July 2, 2025); welcoming the new Ho Chi Minh City after Ho Chi Minh City merged with Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

Music party to celebrate the new era
The Ho Chi Minh City Art Program - Radiant New Era takes place in 95 minutes, consisting of three parts: Radiant South, Heroic Land, Uncle Ho's City Enters a New Era .
The music night is organized by the Organizing Committee of Ho Chi Minh City's major holidays; performed by the City Art Center. Director Duong Thao staged a reenactment of the historical flow, culture, and people of the South from the early days of opening up the land to a modern, dynamic, integrated urban area.
The program opened with a sparkling light show combined with the song Ho Chi Minh City - Where the rivers meet . The artists appeared in costumes of 54 ethnic groups, not only representing their own unique identities but also contributing to expressing the spirit of solidarity and cultural diversity living together in the Southern land.

Chapter 1 - Radiant South opens with the powerful voice of artist Trong Phuc with the song Phuong Nam Huong Dat Tinh Nguoi . With its lyrical and profound melody, the song seems to touch the memory, reminding the audience of the peaceful and affectionate land of the South.
Next, On the wharf, under the boat, Leaving a golden mark, Gratitude for ancestors seem to take viewers back to the early days of the exploration of the South. It is a difficult but heroic journey of many generations of predecessors, from the oars surfing the waves to the hands reclaiming wasteland, building villages, and protecting the borders.

That spirit is fully expressed through My Fatherland Has Never Been So Beautiful, Love for the Red Land of the East, Oh My Beloved Life ... through the singing of Ta Minh Tam, Quoc Dai, Hien Thuc.

Each song is a slice of culture, reflecting the beauty and spirit of each land. When playing on the same stage, those melodies seem to blend together, creating a song about a new city with the same aspiration to reach the future.
In chapter 3 - Uncle Ho's City enters a new era , the program's atmosphere becomes more vibrant and youthful with songs praising the vitality of Ho Chi Minh City.
The vibrant, joyful melodies of the New Era in the city of Uncle Ho, City of Faith, Between the East-West Avenue, Ho Chi Minh City - We are Vibran and Aspiration for Power seem to open a new, beautiful chapter, clearly demonstrating the spirit of innovation and the strong aspiration to rise of the young, dynamic city.
