The festive atmosphere of the 2026 Red Flamboyant Flower Festival is spreading strongly from the city to every commune, ward, and special zone, contributing to a vibrant and distinctive festival season.

Hai Duong Ward organized the "Melodies of Pride" arts festival to celebrate major holidays of the city and the country.

While large-scale stages create the highlight of the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival, grassroots cultural and artistic programs contribute to spreading the festive atmosphere widely throughout the community.

In Kien Thuy commune, the "Street Art - Vibrant Colors of May" program attracted a large number of participants. The cultural center became a lively meeting place with the participation of art clubs, artists, and the general public. Songs praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and the homeland were performed with great emotion, creating an exciting atmosphere and a sense of empathy among the audience.

Many programs highlighted familiar songs about Hai Phong such as "My Hometown Port," "City of Red Phoenix Flowers," "Afternoon at the Port," "I Am a Hai Phong Resident," etc. Through each lyric, the image of the Port City emerged as familiar, affectionate, and ever-evolving, contributing to nurturing love for the homeland in the hearts of the people.

Beyond cultural activities, many programs are also linked to social welfare work. In Hai Duong ward, the "Melodies of Pride" arts festival organized by the Ward's Fatherland Front Committee donated 64 gifts to families in difficult circumstances, spreading the spirit of sharing in the community.

This time, An Duong ward is organizing 9 activities to celebrate major holidays of the city and the country, ranging from propaganda, visits, and gift-giving to cultural performances and film screenings, contributing to creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere and strengthening community bonds.

The book exhibition themed "Proud of An Duong - Continuing the Tradition of Our Homeland" attracted a large number of local residents and students. Alongside this, the launch of the An Duong Cultural Club marked a new stage in the development of literature and art in the locality. Building on the foundation of a poetry club, the unit has attracted nearly 50 members, published numerous works, and contributed to nurturing a sustainable spiritual life.
