With meticulous preparation by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People's Committee of Pac Nam district, a vibrant and colorful Mong ethnic cultural space was created. From early morning, a large number of local people and tourists gathered at the event area to participate in and cheer on the activities. Traditional games such as spinning tops, stilt walking, pao throwing, and flute playing enlivened the highland atmosphere, creating a lively and bustling environment.

Within the framework of the event, localities and Pac Nam district also organized exhibitions showcasing traditional products, costumes, props, and ethnic cuisine , creating a colorful cultural space of the Mong ethnic group.

Later that afternoon, the Mong ethnic cultural exchange program, themed "The Sound of the Hmong Flute Calling Friends," contributed to spreading love for ethnic culture to a large number of delegates, tourists, and local people.
In her opening remarks, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Thi Dung emphasized: The Mong ethnic cultural exchange program is an opportunity to honor and introduce the beautiful traditional cultural values, contributing to the preservation and promotion of ethnic identity in the era of integration and development.
The program featured unique artistic performances such as: excerpts from the Gau Tao ritual - a traditional blessing festival of the Hmong people; solo performances of traditional musical instruments; Hmong flute dance; courtship singing; and traditional costume displays... performed by amateur art troupes from districts and cities in the province.
The highlight of the program is the Hmong flute performances, contributing to the preservation and promotion of the value of the national intangible cultural heritage of Bac Kan province.
