In a press release, Samsung announced that it will unveil "the next evolution of Galaxy AI" at the Unpacked 2025 event. Essentially, the South Korean tech giant is revealing the Galaxy S25 series. The product line will include at least three models: Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Additionally, a fourth device is rumored to be called the Galaxy S25 Slim. However, this device may launch later, possibly in April or this summer. Samsung also stated that the upcoming Galaxy AI “will be more natural and intuitive and will change how Galaxy users interact with the world .”
Leaked renders suggest that Samsung won't be making many changes to the appearance of the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus, while the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a more rounded design, offering a more comfortable and pleasant grip for users.
All models in this product line will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, coupled with at least 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to feature a 50MP ultrawide camera, and the 512GB/1TB ROM variants of the phone will come with a massive 16GB of RAM. The upcoming Galaxy S25 series will also support the new Qi2 wireless charging.
