Samsung Vina Electronics Company only applies the program to electronic products, home appliances that have activated electronic warranty and are damaged due to direct impact from storms and floods. Customers are end users, using electronic products, refrigeration products with Samsung brand, officially distributed in the Vietnamese market. Not applicable to products that have been intervened or repaired by a third party not belonging to the authorized warranty center.
Samsung product users can register in the following ways: For products with home repair policy, customers can contact via the following channels: Zalo Samsung Vietnam, hotline 1800-588-889 (Business hours from 9:00 to 18:00, except Sundays and holidays).
For products with a repair policy at an Authorized Warranty Center, customers can directly bring the product to the local Authorized Warranty Center to register for service. Samsung hopes that this support will help affected people stabilize their lives soon.
