Samsung supports customers in repairing and maintaining devices damaged by storms and floods.

With the desire to join hands with the community, affected by recent storms and floods, Samsung Vina Electronics Company has launched a program to support customers to overcome the effects of natural disasters by repairing and warrantying damaged Samsung electronic products.

The program is valid until October 31, 2025.

Accordingly, from now until October 31, 2025, Samsung will waive inspection and repair costs; reduce repair parts prices by 50%; In case of no repair (due to severe damage, parts not available), customers can choose to buy a new product with subsidies from Samsung.

Bac Ninh, Cao Bang, Dien Bien, Hanoi , Ha Tinh, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Lai Chau, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Nghe An, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Quang Tri, Son La, Thai Nguyen, Thanh Hoa, Tuyen Quang... are the provinces and cities applying the program.

Samsung Vina Electronics Company only applies the program to electronic products, home appliances that have activated electronic warranty and are damaged due to direct impact from storms and floods. Customers are end users, using electronic products, refrigeration products with Samsung brand, officially distributed in the Vietnamese market. Not applicable to products that have been intervened or repaired by a third party not belonging to the authorized warranty center.

Samsung product users can register in the following ways: For products with home repair policy, customers can contact via the following channels: Zalo Samsung Vietnam, hotline 1800-588-889 (Business hours from 9:00 to 18:00, except Sundays and holidays).

For products with a repair policy at an Authorized Warranty Center, customers can directly bring the product to the local Authorized Warranty Center to register for service. Samsung hopes that this support will help affected people stabilize their lives soon.
