China's Sky Magic Net amusement park, like a giant net suspended 200 meters high, has attracted many people to experience it since its opening.

A video shot in Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province, on February 23 shows a green net suspended in mid-air, attached to a bridge connecting two cliffs. On this piece of net, painted the color of a soccer field, many children are running and playing. From above, players can see a large pond on the ground.

Sky Magic Net is located in the Goose Brigade Adventure Park in Xiuyan Village, Tangxian Town, Yongkang City. The playground, which is 200 meters above ground and covers an area of 1,600 square meters, is scheduled to open to the public in October 2023. In January, the site was recognized by Carrying the Flag World Records as the "World's Largest Sky Net-like Amusement Park."

The playground's mesh structure is made of high-density polyethylene and is divided into two levels. The upper level is for visitors to play while the lower level acts as a safety barrier. To ensure safety, the playground can only accommodate 50 people at a time, and the maximum weight of players is limited to 90 kg. Standing on the "magic" net, visitors can not only have fun but also admire the scenery of the hundreds of meters deep cliff.

During this year's Lunar New Year holiday, Sky Magic Net has become a favorite destination for locals.

The playground now offers ball throwing, yoga and small balloons, said Xue Songwei, deputy general manager of Goose Brigade Tourism Development Company. Children have a lot of fun playing here, and adults find it hard to leave. "Adults can also feel like they're back in their childhood. Just lying on the net to sunbathe is very comfortable," he said.

Ms. Duong, a local resident who came to experience it, commented that a giant net stretched between two mountain peaks "completely exceeded expectations" and ''jumping on the net was like jumping on a trampoline".

An amusement park employee said the net is safe and visitors can enjoy it freely. The local market supervision and management department said whether the Sky Magic Net playground is an entertainment venue under the "Special Equipment Category" still needs to be further verified based on some relevant standards.
