Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan has just sent a letter of condolences to the family of comrade Le Phuoc Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune.

In the condolence letter, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan wrote:

“The People's Committee of Dak Lak province is deeply saddened to receive the news that comrade Le Phuoc Toan, Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune, heroically sacrificed his life while performing the task of preventing and fighting floods and ensuring traffic safety for the people on October 3, 2025.
